Craving To Quit is a 21-day program that is based on a highly successful smoking cessation program developed and tested at Yale University. In fact, a clinical trial conducted by the university found that when delivered as a group-based in-person training over 4 weeks, this program proved to be twice as effective as the gold standard treatment.
Craving to Quit offers daily guidance through playlists of audio and video tracks, as well as goal-setting tools and daily reminders. The program is designed to gradually eliminate your smoking habit, helping you reach the point where you are no longer dependent on cigarettes.
